Refund policy

At FeyWorks (www.feyworks.co.uk), we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Physical Products:
We gladly accept returns and offer refunds for physical products purchased from FeyWorks. If you are not fully satisfied with your physical product, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:
-The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-The item must be in its original packaging.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Digital Products:
All sales of digital products, including PDFs, digital cheat sheets, printable cards, and other downloadable content, are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products.
