All of our accessories are sent tracked 48 unless an upgrade is requested. Our processing time is currently 3-5 working days, so you will receive your product usually within a week.

What are these made from?

These are 3D printed on our very own army of Bambu Labs 3D printers!

Is the quality good?

We pride ourselves on quality in all of our products and our 3D printed products are no different. our printers are fine tuned and ran by experience people ensuring quality is always top of the list!

How do you get that stone/Metal look?

We use a combination of Rub n Buff and dry brushing to apply the effects you see in our 3D prints, this gives us the exact effect we are looking to achieve and they look stunning.

My item arrived damaged!

First off, we are sorry. Sometimes Royal Mail can be a little rough with parcels, we always try to ensure packaging is 100% safe for guaranteed arrival in tact and looking like it should, however sometimes things are out of our control. Let us know and we will get a replacement sent out to you.
